TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to, and govern, all purchases made through the Store, without exception. By proceeding to place an order through the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon publication, and will apply only to orders placed after the updated version has been made available, orders placed prior to that point remain governed by the version of these Terms in force at the time the order was placed.

2. Products

The images and visual representations of our products displayed on the product pages within the Store are provided for illustrative purposes only, and are intended to give a general impression of the item in question rather than an exact reproduction. Variations in color, shape, bead size, and overall appearance may occur between the images shown and the physical product received, and such variations may arise both from the natural, non-uniform character of the materials used in the production of the bracelets, and from differences in how colors are rendered across different device screens and display settings. Any descriptions relating to a stone's traditional symbolism, folklore, or so-called "powers", including but not limited to the Power Words displayed on product pages, are presented purely on the basis of historical and cultural tradition, and are not, and should not be understood or relied upon as, medical, health related, or scientific claims of any kind.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

A legally binding agreement for the purchase of goods is formed between you and us only once we have issued and sent an order confirmation to the email address provided by you at checkout, no agreement is formed merely by the placing of an order or the receipt of an automated acknowledgment. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to accept, or to cancel, any order, whether or not it has already been confirmed, including but not limited to situations involving pricing or typographical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or the unavailability of stock.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices for products offered through the Store are displayed, wherever technically possible, in the local currency applicable to you as a customer. The final price that will be charged to you, inclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, will always be clearly presented to you at checkout, prior to your completion of payment, so that you are aware of the total amount payable before the transaction is finalized.

5. Delivery

Detailed information concerning delivery, including estimated delivery times and the shipping methods available to you, can be found in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of, and should be read together with, these Terms.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable, in any way, for any delay in performance, or failure to perform, any of our obligations under these Terms, to the extent that such delay or failure arises from or is attributable to circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of war, actions taken by governmental authorities, labor disputes or industrial action, whether affecting us directly or affecting our suppliers, disruptions to transport networks, and failures on the part of our suppliers to deliver goods or services to us as expected.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

Information relating to your right of withdrawal, as well as our procedures concerning returns and complaints, is set out in full in our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of, and should be read together with, these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Store, including without limitation text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and logos, is and remains the property of us or of our respective licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection law, we expressly disclaim any and all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, your use of, or your inability to use, the products purchased through the Store or the Store itself. This disclaimer extends, without limitation, to indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, as well as to any allergic or other adverse skin reaction that may result from contact with the materials used in the products.

10. Personal Data

Any personal data that we collect or otherwise process in connection with your use of the Store is handled in accordance with the terms set out in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of, and should be read together with, these Terms.

11. Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence, to the extent such provisions cannot be excluded or limited by agreement. If you are a consumer resident within the European Union, you are entitled to submit any dispute relating to your purchase to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
