SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within one to two business days of the order being placed, subject to product availability. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.
2. Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands), and Sweden.
If an order is placed with a delivery address located outside of these countries, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your delivery location, and generally range from one to eight business days. These timeframes are estimates only, and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order, and will be clearly displayed to you before you complete your payment.
5. Carriers
Orders are shipped using one or more third party couriers or postal services, selected based on your delivery location and the size of your order. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without prior notice.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
We are not responsible for any delay, non-delivery, or additional cost resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated delivery information provided by you at checkout.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as further described under Force Majeure in our Terms of Service.
