RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

If you are a consumer resident within the European Union, you are entitled, pursuant to mandatory EU consumer protection law, to cancel the contract of purchase entered into with us within a period of fourteen calendar days, calculated from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you for this purpose, come into physical possession of the goods in question, and you are entitled to do so without being required to provide any reason or justification whatsoever for your decision. In order to validly exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by way of a clear and unequivocal statement submitted via the contact form available on our website, together with the order number corresponding to the purchase in question, and such notification must be made prior to the expiry of the fourteen day period referred to above, there being no requirement that you make use of any particular wording, template, or form for this purpose. Following your notification to us in accordance with the foregoing, you must then arrange for the goods to be sent back to us within a further period of fourteen days from the date of that notification. We do not, at this time, offer any period for cancellation or return that extends beyond what is required of us by applicable mandatory law.

2. Condition of Returned Items

In order for a returned item to qualify for a full refund, it must be returned to us unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, in substantially the same condition as it was received by you. You remain entitled to examine and inspect the item in the manner, and to the extent, that would reasonably be permitted to you were you inspecting the same item within a physical retail premises, however, to the extent that the item shows signs of handling, wear, or use going beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics, and its functioning, we reserve the right, in accordance with applicable law, to deduct from the amount otherwise refundable to you an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item resulting from such handling.

3. How to Start a Return

Prior to sending any item back to us for any reason whatsoever, you must first contact us via the contact form available on our website, providing us with your order number together with a description of the reason for your intended return, following receipt of which we will, where appropriate, provide you with further instructions, including confirmation of the address to which the item in question should be sent, in accordance with Section 8 below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Where you return an item to us for any reason other than that the item is damaged, defective, or otherwise fails to correspond with what was ordered, you shall be solely responsible for, and shall bear, the direct cost associated with returning the goods to us. Where, conversely, an item is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to what you ordered, we shall bear the cost of the associated return shipping, as further described, and subject to the conditions set out, in Section 6 below.

5. Refunds

Once we have received the item returned by you, and have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it, we will process the refund due to you within a period of fourteen days, such refund to be made using the same means of payment as was used by you in respect of the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you in writing.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Where an item received by you is damaged, is defective, or otherwise does not correspond to what you ordered, you should contact us via the contact form available on our website within a reasonable time of your having received the item, providing us with photographic evidence of both the item itself and its packaging, so as to allow us to assess and verify the matter. Where, having considered the circumstances, we determine that a refund or other remedy is appropriate, we will provide you with a full refund and will bear the cost of the associated return shipping. We do not, at this time, offer exchanges of any kind, accordingly, should you wish to receive a different item in place of the one originally ordered, you are welcome to place a new order with us once the refund due to you has been processed.

7. Statutory Legal Guarantee

Independently of, and in addition to, the right of withdrawal described in Section 1 above, all products purchased through the Store remain subject to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable under Swedish law, which applies in respect of defects that were present at the time of delivery, irrespective of the point in time at which such defects come to become apparent to you.

8. Return Authorization

Once you have contacted us in accordance with Section 3 above, and your return has been authorized by us, we will provide you with the address to which the item in question must be sent, together with any further instructions applicable to your particular return. Any item sent to us without our having first granted prior authorization in accordance with this Section may be refused by us, and we shall bear no liability whatsoever for any item that is lost, damaged, or otherwise unaccounted for in such circumstances.
